Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may submit a request for a full refund or partial refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Top Notch Driving Schools Inc. will refund all the fees (less the 40% deposit) for unforeseen reasons within 30 days of signing the contract if we are unable or willing to perform our part of the contract within a reasonable time period (60 days after the agreed start date). If an instructor completed sessions, they will be paid for their time spent and sessions given (estimated by Top Notch Driving Schools Inc.). Absolutely no refunds after 3 sessions of Behind-the-Wheel. No refund will be issued for failing a course or missing instruction periods repeatedly. The request for a refund must be submitted in writing.

After receiving your refund request, we will process your return. Please allow at least 24 hours from the submission of your request to process your refund. Refunds may take 4-14 business days to for you to receive your refund to your account. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
