In the event that the school is incapable of or unwilling to perform its part of the contract within 90 days of the first class period or lesson, a refund of all fees will be made upon written request. However, the school cannot be held responsible for delays caused by unsafe driving conditions due to weather or any other reason over which it has no control. In this instance, any missed class period will be rescheduled by the school.
A partial (less the 40% deposit) will be provided upon request if services have already been rendered. No refund will be issued for failing a course or missing instruction periods repeatedly.
In the event that the school is incapable of or unwilling to perform its duty, a refund of all fees will be made upon written request. No refund will be issued for missing a class or failing a class. If the class is missed then the course fee must be paid again, course fees will not be transferred to different class dates.
A request for a refund will be processed if received before we complete the student registration with the course curriculum vendor. Once the registration is completed, no refund will be issued. No refund will be issued for failing a course.
